David grew up in England and later in the southeastern US. He developed a passion for storytelling at a young age and began performing in any play or musical he could get his grubby little fingers on. After high school, he joined the Air Force and served as an electronics technician (all the while finding every opportunity he could to perform).

 

Eventually, David separated from the Air Force and began his BFA in Musical Theater at New World School of the Arts in Miami. David started working professionally in Miami in theater and film, receiving awards and accolades, as well as founding a theater company, the Project [theatre].

David's work ultimately moved him to Los Angeles, where he began booking commercials, television and film roles. His passion for creating stories led him to pursue an MFA in Film and TV Production from USC and then to open his production company, The Nancy Boy Corporation.

David spends his time making up stories, pretending to be other people, and having a fine time with his amazing dog, cat and partner.
